How it works

Three simple steps

  1. Step 1: Buy a license

    Choose lifetime or yearly and how many devices. Pay by card or PayPal.

  2. Step 2: Send the key

    Each license comes with a key like TVI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Copy it from your account and share it by message, email or in a card.

  3. Step 3: They activate it

    The recipient enters the key in the app under Settings → Premium, or adds it to their account at /redeem. Premium unlocks on that device.

Enter it in the app, or add it to your account to activate it and move it later.

Gift questions

Can I gift a license I already bought?

Yes, as long as you haven't activated it yet. A key works on any device until it's activated; after that it's bound to that device.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. They can type the key directly in the app. Adding it to an account at /redeem lets them move it to a new device later.

Can I get a refund on a license I gifted?

See the refund policy. Refunding a license deactivates Premium on the device it was activated on.

Does the recipient need to install anything?

They need the free Streamo4K app from the download page and their own playlist from a provider they're entitled to use. The gift is Premium for the player only — it doesn't include any channels.
